Confirm the appointment
- Quote the listing ID and ask the team to confirm the current availability, meeting point and viewing time. A request becomes a confirmed appointment after the team replies.
Look beyond the cover photo
- Look at natural light, storage, furniture condition, the kitchen and bathroom, access to the building and the surroundings.
- Ask which furniture and appliances belong to the apartment and whether the features you need are available in the specific unit.
Keep a written record
- Note the property's ID, the quoted rent, any separately quoted services and unanswered questions. Ask the team to confirm details before making your decision.
